sky q box

My television engineer has said my sky q box is at fault, it keeps playing up, and it is just not working properly, he has said I need a replacement one,  the television goes blank and the I geta full screen of programmes and can't remove them without switching the televsion off, and then when we switch it back on it can still be the same.

Ok, but we're other customers here - you'll need to contact Sky to arrange an engineer or replacement box.

 

(Remember to remove your viewing card if they agree to a box swap)
