Old Sky hd+ box was quiet.

New Sky Q box seems to hum or resonate a low hum that can be heard when the tv sound is turned down or there is a lull in tv sound..

Is the Sky Q box meant to be dead quiet or not?

It will generate noise from its fan and hard drive. But this should not be excessive.
