sky free trial for sky cinema and sky sports

my sky cinema and sky sports free trial expires on 23rd March 2025 so i would like to not continue with it after it expires  so could youll please cancel it

That's my question too – I was given the free trial by a sky engineer but I haven't used either the sport or the cinema. However when I click on the link to try and cancel it just tells me I'll have to contact them directly. I've tried using the virtual assistant which can't help me – doesn't even understand the question and I actually can't find a phone number of who to call. I can see why they would make it really really difficult to cancel, but it feels a bit sneaky.

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (should be available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in
