my sky dish outside my house is damaged and will need fixed asap as iv no tv at all. it says on my tv. this channel is currently affiliated with your satellite signal. just checked my dish and it's damaged

It says its free as I didn't break it but they can't come out untill 2nd October? Is there anything else I can do?

If you need it 'asap' then you will likely have to pay a local firm to fix it. Otherwise, call Sky and see when an engineer is next available (it may be days or weeks).
Usually, they will consider a credit once fixed (from when reported).

The satellite dish got damaged and there is no signal at all. The receiver got knocked down. Can I get someone in ASAP or would a replacement from the shop work.

As above, it will depend on engineer availability- could be days or weeks. You may wish to consider paying a local contractor if it's not quick enough.
