sky box not working

it's stuck on a page of "accessibility on sky Q" 

 

it's got a setting option or "skip and set up later option" 

if won't let us pick either one however the remote does work.

hi @chloe_x 

Reset your Q box remote by pressing  and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. 
This will set it to infrared which will work all Q boxes.   However the remote must be pointed directly at the Q box.

Switch your Q box back on and you then you should be able to get past the setup issues.

Once you get the Q box working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
