sky Q service check. +

So my ex still has my skyQ box running at her house, for last year or so. She has her own sky account at same address in her name. Removed my one because of info it shows. She didn't like. Understandable.  

So on the my sky app it's saying now that internet connection unknown & software update unknown. Last connection Nov 2nd. 

But it says satellite connection & faults are good and none. And two mini boxes are connected to main box. But no internet as like main box. 

Is it not in use ?  or is it possible to hide information. Id transfer it back to my home if it's not being used. At present I can't communicate with her.

@pete+Bea  What address is Sky Q registered at?  If it's yours and your paying the bill for Sky Q at your address then you should not be allowing use at a different address as that is a breach of the terms you have agreed to.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have two accounts, the one in Question was home moved 5 year back to her house. I've left it there for kids. Just not sure if it's being used still.

@pete+Bea  And the Sky Q account is under their name as well as Broadband? 

 

 It would be unusual for Sky to allow 2 different accounts at the same address even if they are separate products.
