returns

I am going ever so slighly mad here - I cannot get past the infuriating Bot and it doesnt have the answers.  Very simple question - we are oving away and not going to use SKY.  They told me to send back Sky Q box, packaging hasnt arrived and we go on Monday, I have now got a label - all good but what abut the router?  does this need to go back as well ?

Yes you would need to return it.

 

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep somewhere safely the proof of posting receipt.
