Sky Q keeps switching off onto standby

My sky q box keeps switching onto a standby state. I have to completely turn it off and unplug and reset. This takes ages to come back on. I'll be sat watching something and it will just do it again in like five minutes. Been doing it for well over a week now. Very annoying.
