When watching live or recordings, messages on sound output keep appearing/changing & then disappear - very annoying!!

Examples being:

This is not a Sky Q message.    It's either from your Television or if you are using an Amp/ Soundbar it coming ftom that.

That is usually the TV losing then regaining sync. I'd try a different hdmi cable.
