@Linquist1This happened to my Dad last year. He was always able to access my Sky through his Xbox and I have Sky Go Extra. When I upgraded to Sky Glass, my Dad was no longer able to access Sky. I contacted Sky to inquire about the problem. For my Dad to be able to use my Sky, I had to upgrade to Sky multi room. Basically Sky, like Netflix, are clamping down on people sharing with people outside their household.
