My on-demand services will not work and simply throws up a box saying that its unavailable and that Sky is working on it. That's 2-3 months now! We've had two engineers out and they can't fix it. We've had a brand new box and tested direct link to router with no success. Many reboots and software checks and still no success. Broadband works fine with everything else, including Netflix / Disney etc. So it is only the Sky on-demand services that won't work. Sky can't even offer me the Sky streaming service because they can't guarantee me their own broadband speed. So before I cancel the whole sky package in favour of another solution, I thought I ask if anyone else is having the same issue?
