old sky satellite dish

I agrreed to get a new skyq box and when the engineer went I discovered that he had siconnected the manhattan freeview boxes into my children 's rooms.  can I get them to come and reconnect them

Hi @maggie27   Freeview or Freesat? If you wanted to keep a old satellite box then you should have told Sky in advance. Unless you did, then nobody is coming back to connect it. If it is a Freeview box, then look for loose aerial wires behind the Sky Q box and join them together. I'm guessing you may have had the aerial leads passing through an old Sky+HD box and these will now be loose.

I believe that even where notified in advance, Sky no longer installs hybrid LNBs.

@maggie27 if you mean Freeview from a tv aerial, and you previously had a Sky+ box, you might find some disconnected cables behind your new Sky Q box. Connecting them together ,ay solve the problem.
