Amazon Prime not working

Amazon Prime is not working on my Sky Q box

I noticed the problem last night 

my friend who also has Sky has the same issue 

Any other problems out there

I have the same problem.  Prime stops working (TV goes black) at least once a day, so I have to go to Sky Home, reload Prime to continue watching the content.  Doesn't happen on my minibox.
