not received viewing card

we jumped through all of the hoops when our barely 5 year old Sky Q box decided it didnt want th connect to the internet

 

we jumped through all the hoops to get a replacement box sent out

 

we were promised a replacement card last week

 

it has still not arrived

 

currently on the phone to chase this up,, we were cut off mid sentence...

 

WE WILL CANCEL OUR 17 YEAR+ SUBCRIPTION IF WE DO NOT RECIEVE OUR CARD SOMETIME SOON

@LillianE Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other. So you are only telling other customers

Replacement cards are normally sent out by post afraid your only option is to call Sky again

So I'm guessing you didn't jump through the "don't leave your viewing card in the old box" hoop?

 

Painful. And very poor that they haven't sent it out yet. You could try raising an official complaint.

It turns out that they hadnt sent it.

 

Weirdly, a replacement arrived the next day AFTER POSSIBLY RAISNG MY VOICE by half a decibel or at least after getting mildly tetchy

 

 

and you are all so wonderful at ppoint out the blindingly obvious - when a guy turns up to grab a sky box saying he's busy and in a hurry, its not the first thing to think of

Well, no, that's why the instructions you get beforehand include a reminder about it (and whenever someone talks about a replacement box on here we always mention it) - but you certainly aren't the first or last to run into it. Those cards are a pain.
