no signal

Hi, I moved into a new flat in May. Since then, I have had no satellite signal, although my internet works fine. I followed the advice about changing the setting for communal use, and it reads as if my satellite is working, but I still have no signal. I have spoken to the building management, and they have pushed back, saying it is a sky problem. I would just like to watch TV! Can anyone help?

Hi @Minismum5 


If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box..

 

Have you done this and checked again in the hidden menu that it is in SCR mode?
