no signal

no satelite signal despite all tne checks  - only happened after bad storms in scotland

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

already got engineer booked but engineer cant come until 31.10.23!!! Thank you i wll try your troubleshooting in the meantime.

A local satellite company engineer may be quicker but you'd be charged (not refundable by Sky) so get a quote first if you go down that route.
