I am wanting to watch any  Discovery plus programme through my SkyQ box but it keeps saying I need to upgrade to watch. I can watch the programmes if I log onto sky on my computer. I have activated the account on th TV, refreshed the apps and upgraded to the latest software but still get the same message to upgrade your pass using mobile or desktop. I tried Sky help on the phone and they said I should contact Discovery plus for a solution so not helpful! Any further suggestions?

@Carroll2 so you are trying to watch the discovery+ app through the Sky box

If so sounds like you haven't set it up correctly
