no satellite signal ay SO15

I have been without Satellite signal since about 1pm today.  Am I alone in this?

Satellite signal is not area defined. Either the whole of the UK is affected or just your system. Any error messages on your screen?

Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link.

You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company, not Sky.

@Very+annoyed+stil  Any heavy rain or storms in your part of the country?

As per @Daniel0210  a satellite signal covers the whoe of the UK and any issues with a satellite would not just be local but contry wide.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky has something over twelve television million subscription households in the UK : an issue with satellite transmission would be national news (and cause this forum to explode) but individual reception problems are entirely possible, and typically relate to either dish, cabling or box, or, as @GD1 indicates, heavy local rainfall.
