no satellite connection

We came home from holiday, reconnected the fire stick and now cannot get satellite connection for our new Q box. We have had nothing but problems since it was installed ca 2 months ago

@Gabrielle3  Have you tried rebooting your Sky Q box?   

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
