no Sky Q 2 TB

look i have oaid for my Sky Q 2TB and after 3 weeks  still not delivered  why not ? DPD  refsued to deliver the box  as they could not find my address     blind !    3 times they say i want that box i have my money back otherwise take legal procedure

Are you sure Sky have your address recorded correctly, correct house number and postcode etc?

no idea if possible, can it be delivered to your local post office/collection point?

@flashgordon3 I solved this problem when DPD kept on being unable to find my difficult to discover residence by downloading and then installing the DPD app.

 

I was then able to provide their delivery staff with additional address information by adding the What3words identity of the 3 square meter area that was closest to my front door.

yes they got the right address and to where we was and failed to find the address 3  times     i Believe thewy never came  because i was  there waiting for them for 2 hours on the " Close " road  very angry  and yes i contected them too Sky says they never rcieved the box back  ie the 2 TB to be swopped for the  Sky Q box     yet the sky stream  which i sent back and the  mini box  came by royal mail  and  Strasm  box has been received  there
