we believe this issue is because your Q box has not updated to the latest Q33 software, please follow these innstructions https://www.sky.com/help/expert/articles/updating-sky-box-software-sky-q

It's not letting me login and its been 2 weeks now. 

I've tried doing everything its telling me to do even contacting discoveryplus them selves no one seems to know why

Discovery plus activation

Hi, I have linked my sky with discovery app, signed in via code etc.....

Now when I go to the website to activate my Discovery plus the website will not load, doesn't matter how many times I try or what browser I use.

Any help?

theres a couple of other posts with people that are having the same issue, 1 with a possible solution and also a mod has also escalated it to sky tech team to, i presume, try and fix it etc

What error are you getting?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
