new subscription for sky Q

Hi. i want to start up with sky again but not the streaming tv as my internet is quite slow beacause i live in the middle of nowhere with just the BT line,do they still offer the Q box or have they stopped doing them.

It should be there but it is not immediately obvious. 

 

On a PC browser when I go to the main SKY website I see a top line which lists Watch, TV, Glass, Broadband,   ..... 

 

These are actually drop downs,  so if you expand TV, it lists Stream, Glass, SKYQ, TV & Broadband  below

i think its the account because i can see it but when i sign in then the option disappears. so does that mean i dont have the option to do it now for sky q.

hi @terrysteph 

 

We do find that existing & previous customers often see less options, in which case you will need to call - we usually recommend calling anyway as that way you may get a better deal

@terrysteph  If you have been away from sky for more than 18 months the old account would have been closed meaning you need to sign up as a new customer using a different email address unless you remove the email address from the old account first
