need to downgrade my subscripton package to Sky Essentials

Currently on Sky Signature, plus Sky Sports & TNT Sports and my contract is now up so want to change to Sky Essential plus Sky Sports & TNT Sports

You'll need to contact Sky. They may not allow you to do this though as they stopped selling Sky Q Essentials towards the end of last year.

hi @Woody12a 

We think SKY are no longer allowing downgrades on SKY Q to SKY Q Essentials from Signature. 

In the past SKy Q essentials did not allow any add ons although I think they did for a brief period before not allowing downgrades

You would need to call SKY to check.

Note:  You should not confuse Essential TV which is only available on SKY Glass & SKY Stream with SKY Q Esssentials
