UHD HDR on Paramount Plus

I pay the extra to upgrade to Paramount Plus Premium to get the service ad-free on more devices and in UHD HDR. Followed a few series on there and almost all the newer content was in UHD, with or without HDR. Recently watching the Yellowstone spinoffs Marshals and The Madison this has only been available in HD on my Sky Q box (not Sky Q mini before anyone asks). Marshals is shown on regular TV in the US so is possibly not filmed in UHD but The Madison is a streaming exclusive. If I look on the Paramount Plus app on another TV (Fire OS) it has the 4K logo but not on the Sky Q version of the app. Oddly enough when it was showing on the Sky Q homepage it had the UHD (not HDR) logo but when I clicked through to the app it wasn't there. On my TV there is no way of seeing if the content is UHD (it is receiving a 2160p signal from the Sky box anyway) only if it switches to HDR. The picture is good but I'm not sure if it is UHD. Has anyone else noticed this, is it widespread, and is it an issue with the Sky Q version of the app or Paramount Plus itself?

I just checked on my Firestick

Neither Marshalls or The Maddison info state UHD on my Firestick app but The Maddison does, as you say, indicate  4K on the  SKY App, and like you content via my Firestick gets upscaled so slightly difficult to tell if it is UHD SDR rather than good HD but they do look good - I would say The Madisson is UHD

Neither are  HDR  - most HDR from Paramount usually is DV on the Firestick, which SKY Q of course does not support but it does use HDR10 for HDR content such NCIS Origins & Latest season of NCIS Sydney

The Maddison does have Atmos sound (fairly unusual for P+)  which would give credence to it being UHD as usually I think they only use Atmos on the UHD streams

Re: UHD HDR on Paramount Plus

The Madison was shot and mastered in 4K but only in SDR. There is no HDR version available.

Marshals was shot and mastered in 4K with HDR but is only available in this format in selected territories.
