There's no need to be rude. We are fellow customers here trying to help you. We are trying to establish whether you have Sky Q and a mini box or Sky+ boxes. You can't have both in the same dwelling.

I have exactly the same problem. Multiscreen ordered over a week ago. No minibox received & nothing on the system except for the charge on the bill.

Rexy we had to buy the minibox for multiroom cost 50 euro

You didn't "buy" the minibox, you paid an admin fee.  All Sky Q boxes are loaned to the customer & need returning to Sky when the contract is terminated

I am just another Sky customer!
