multiscreen

my account is allready showing the cost for multiroom.

But no multiroom box sent to us.

It,s been a week no contact , no email.

Typicall sky , as usuall.

They usually arrive within 48 hours

 

so "typical sky" is frankly unfair criticism.

 

Have escalated this. Look out for a blue chat bubble.

Typically sky they will take your cash instantly but not respond anyway remotely as quickly

Hi @yyou  When you took out the multiroom subscription you would have to have ordered a Mini box at the same time, I have escalated your post to SKY they may contact you on here via speech bubble, or email.

according to my bill im been charged 30 euros(for 2 multiroom) but i only have 1 multiroom box !

If you are referring to the multiroom subscription then its a single charge regardless of the number of boxes you have.  (Although you can have 4 there is a hardware limit of 2 concurrent minis)
