I have multi room, the mini in the other room does not respond after reboot - it has been more that 10 mins

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

My Mini box is unusable as it freezes every time I start it. It needs resetting every time I turn it on and within 5 minutes it crashes, screen goes a pink colour and remote doesn't do anything. Back to power off and back on and same thing. Sky have replaced the box and still same thing. Sky engineers don't know what the problem is. Doesn't help that my 2023 iMac isn't compatible with Sky Go either so I can't watch TV on that either. Not good, Sky.
