Sky is down

No use of our sky box. Been having issues now for a month, nothing the advisor previously spoken to has helped and now we can't watch anything at all

@Danielle+and+Joe  Sky isn't down, it is likely to be a box or dish issue.  When viewing live channels what on screen messages do you see?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
