missing channels

we bought the sky glass tv without getting the correct information before hand with sky ( our internet was too slow for the glass). The TV has now been returned and we've reconnected our sky q box (one on the main tely and one in the besroom). Since doing this we have a lot of channels missing - all the kids channels (that we're paying for), and then random entertainment channels such as E4 and gold. any suggestions? thanks

What exactly is happening, are they missing from the list of channels? Are there any messages on screen when you try to access them, like "no satellite signal" or "upgrade your subscription" etc

Hi, i get message saying 'to watch this channel, you need to upgrade your package.'
