Hi everyone, I recently made a change to my Sky package, cancelling my Virgin broadband and TV packages, and upgrading to Sky Fibre Max with Sky Q and most content packs. Ever since the fibre install was put in, most of my mini boxes are unable to access the main Sky Q box. Today, I have had a Cat 6 run professionally installed to an outbuilding, but something is still not right.
Any thoughts? Ideally, I would like to get this resolved asap. As we don't have full whole-house wifi coverage yet, and the TV is not working in two locations, I will be seeing how well the Sky connection guarantee works. I believe I will be able to claim a full refund for the first couple of months of service.
