This is  driving me  insane!! bills upto date  my payment details wont save when i try to update ggrrrrrr

I suspect Sky are wanting you to set up a monthly direct debit or card payment. If you're unable to do that online, give them a call and they'll do it for you.

thats the thing i dont want to and i always pay before the due date, its embarrasing if i have people over and they see it they think ive not paid 😂

Your payments should be via a direct debit or a continuous card payment which is what you've previously agreed to.
