iPlayer app on my skyQ box will not work

I've tried the reset settings instructions suggested in previous threads but this has made no difference.   Everything else works, but the iPlayer app has failed to work for nearly 4 weeks.  I get nothing but a blank screen - no error message or any other prompts.

Hi @HPuser99

Have you tried refreshing the Apps in the Hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps
then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.

Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .

I was about to write that didn't work.  But after 24 hrs, and then waiting about 10 mins I finally got the screen saying please use your mobile phone and this code.

thank you @oldfella
