all sky Q hardware is loaned to you and you may be asked to return some or all equipment at the end of your subscription

I assuming you are taking out Multiscreen
The first mini box admin fee is often waived but not an absolute so you will need to discuss with SKY
You may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q

@PATRICK+ROGERS You can have a maximum of 4 mini boxes loaned to you by Sky.
All 2TB boxes and the UHD/HDR 1TB permit watching on two mini boxes and the main box at 1 time.
You may also be able to use a 3rd mini box at the same time if you’re using it for one of the apps such as Netflix.
The older 1TB non UHD box only allows you to watch on 1 mini box as well as the main box .
Each mini box which is loaned to you may be subject to a one off upfront charge (the first mini box is often free) but you only need one Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription currently £15.
