how do you add a new app onto your Sky Q box ie I want All 4 app added

I want to add " All 4" app to my sky Q box why is there no function to add apps

@christine+pearson  You cannmot add any apps yourself, they are supplied and controlled by the Sky Q box and are dependent on where your subscription covers (UK or Ireland)

We are in Scotland and I pay for all the channels, sports,  cinema and even Netflix so that's annoying 😢

The All4 app doesn't exist any more, it has been rebranded simply as Channel 4. You can access it for free on most modern smart TV's.

I'm in Glasgow and have the 4 app okay, try rebooting the box forcing an update.

Nope tried rebooting still no joy, maybe have to contact sky

There is no All 4 app on Sky Q but you can access some All 4 content by  going to Catch Up, Channels, and selecting Channel 4.

Or there's more if you select On Demand, Channels, Channel 4.
