hi , Y ou have sent me a box yo send back my sky q , but the box is to small , I have the large sky q not the mini

In case you’re not already aware, you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where we try to help other customers.
Have you cancelled Sky Broadband as well?. If you have the packaging for that should arrive first due to a shorter notice period.
