Record

Hello I got a problem with sky Q box not recording on eurosport 2 this evening I turned it off and waited 5 min then back on but though the record and series link button shows on th guide the red light on sky Q box dosent show up but did a test of other channels sky witnes , bbc and itv and all work so wonder if eurosport have a problem as eurosport 1 works for snooker.

@Barry+25 when you say turned it off did you
put your box into Standby then switch it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Hello yes I turned it off after standby then off at wall but once I waited and back on the the problem was the same. 
But phoned sky and the advisor said he would forward a complaint to Eurosport to see if there a tech problem with channel.

@Barry+25 You could try later to record the programme, seen this before where the broadcaster hasn't linked it properly or there are the very odd occasions that for some reason the owner of the programme don't give rights to the broadcaster for recording this doesnt happen often but it has happend
