helped with sky box

Hi the agent I spoke to this morning was great he got my Netflix working ok after a two-three week messing with sky box having to keep disconnecting the cable from box about 3-4-5 times every time we wanted to watch Netflix now at the moment it's working okay plus he talked me through everything i needed to know thank you yours mr g m Jordan m
