hi after spedning 2 h hours on the phone to Skye this morning because my discovery app won't load with the error message 400. We did the reboot of the television. We did the reboot of the mini boxes I had to disconnect the Internet reconnect to the Internet due refreshes, still nothing works guide, just rang me back from sky to set a known issue I have asked why they don't bothered letting the community know apparently that's another team that does that great he doesn't know how long it will be till it is resolved. Just let people know. Save yourself the heartache of wasting all morning on your day off doing what I've been doing

Thank you very much just been through the exact same thing, had an email telling me I had discovery plus at no extra charge,
Wasted an entire evening resetting Puck etc, only to find out it's a known issue so why bother telling me about something I can't watch.

Thought I was the only one. I reset all boxes and router, refreshed apps and still can't access it. Cut out right in the middle of a programme too. Thought it was an app issue, seems it's a sky issue
