Sky Q update box to HDR box
I'm sure I seen online somewhere that I could upgrade my Sky Q box to a Sky Q HDR box for £50 but on phoning Sky it appears it's now £99 can you confirm this deal is now finished or where I can get it. Best regards. Roy

Re: Sky Q update box to HDR box
I've moved your post from the Email board. That's for issues customers are having with Sky Yahoo email.

hi @Royf59
Only SKY themselves can advise - we are just other customers here
Customers used to be able to do a self install of a 1TB HDR box for £25 & 2TB for £50 - the standard engineer install being £99
I have noted from posts here that in the last few months customers do not seem to be being given the cheaper options.
I think in the early days the cheaper options were not available to the advisers to offer until the customer's accounts had UHD - so maybe you need to check that is tyhe case
As I say, the only way to find out is to call I am afraid & I suspect the cheaper options may not be currently available
