Message on tv reads ' you cannot watch tv at the moment as there is a connectivity problem

@Donna238  If it's message in the TV it must be from a a Sky Box?

 

Which one do you have  Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky Q box, now saying,  no satellite.

Have unplugged, restarted and reactivated without success
