connection between Sky q and mini box

In the mornings i come to switch on the bedroom TV but the mini box,  multi room says not connected. I  keep having to go down stairs and turn on the main Q box which I only ever leave on in standby mode each night.  After about 3 minutes it then connects. wireless signal in the house is very good and all devices work flawlessly.  It seems that the main box turns off in the night. is this normal?

Time can very from anything around 5am to 8am

@66manny have a look at your Standby setting see the link below as if you have your main box and mini set to eco to use it before 5.45 am then you will need to change it from eco to either active or none. So I can understand the problem if before 5.45 after that time there should be no problem but have a look at the link below and try changing the settings

Changed settings but made no difference. Q box does have green light on all the time, but mini box still not responding again this morning. Time 5am

@66manny did you change the settings on both the main box and the mini box ?
