Why are my devices connecting to SKY Q main box when they shoud be connected to my ubiquity mesh. A totally different SSID. The iPad for example is connected to the Ubiquity mesh but SKY engineer shows a diagram of everything in the house connected to the main Q box?? Help please

To add. The house uses Starlink
Starlink router connects to a 16 port switch
Ubiquity access points are all POE connected to the 16 port switch
SKY Q main box i think is WiFI connected to Ubiquity mesh
See attached diagram

The latest published calibration that I can find, used by their Televes H30 test meters to guide their engineers, suggests that Sky Q receivers require a WiFi level greater than around -73 dBm to ensure good quality long term communication between their devices.
So your present setup looks dangerously close to periodic failures.
Godfrey.
