confused about cancelling.

I was on a rolling monthly payment, I cancelled it today even though it already billed me for the month because the internet said I had to give a months notice. Will I have reception until the end of the month or will it go sooner?

I should have asked this question when I was on the phone with them but I am currently going through some pretty debilitating grief.

@NaomiDS

You should have service for the duration of the 31 day notice period. It's the normal process.

hi, thanks for your reply.  I have actually lost service now so considering I paid for the month already I'm a bit annoyed.
