changing UHD shows

Hi there,

I've recently been watching the rookie and I've had the option of both UHD and HD. My box will not let me watch any shows in UHD on my TV, which the most recent episode (season 8 episode 7) is in. It is showing up only as a UHD programme on my box but on my SkyGO app it gives me the option to watch it in HD. How would I go about being able to watch it in HD on my box? We have a mini box. It has been an issue today, however, my father was apparently able to click on the episode and start watching a little bit yesterday. He paused and waited until today and now it doesn't work.

UHD is only viewable on the main Q box.  (With a compatible set and sub)

You cannot watch UHD downloads (or channels) from a mini or Go.

If you want to watch programmes on different endpoints then you'll have to download the HD version only.  You can change the default download resolution.

Having the same issue with the non-UHD version of the rookie season 8 episode 7. Was able to view it last night, as well as on sky go, but not available on the streaming puck.
