you can cancel your Lionsgate+ subscription on your Sky Q box...
Press Home
Scroll down and press My Sky
Scroll across and press Your Products
Enter your tv PIN number
Scroll down and presss App subscriptions then current
Highlight Lionsgate+ monthly and press enter
Scroll down and press Manage subscription
Scroll down and press Cancel subscription
Press confirm
After a few seconds you should get confirmation on screen
