Discussion topic: Not receiving Gold channel. Message says we haven't subscribed. Sky said this is a free channel

Not receiving Gold channel. Message says we haven't subscribed. Sky said this is a free channel

Nor received Gold channel on Sly TV. Called Sky who said this is agree channel. Have me several programme numbers to try to get the channel but came up as different channels. They have me an alternative telephone number to try. Advised to contact this forum which they text to me. Can anyone help

Gold is not a Free To Air channel although it is included in the base entertainment packages (currently Signature)

 

If you have Essentials you can't get it without paying more to upgrade

 

Gold has HD & SD versions - if you don't have the HD add on then try the SD version  - your channel numbers may be different to mine but for me Gold HD is on 110 with gold SD is on 810  

so look at which version is showing for you

Thank you. I have spoken to customer service again who have now advised I need to upgrade to get access to the channel, like you said
