Internet ok started off with no catchup then went blank white box in cupboard has 3 green lights router has 4 green lights

You'll need to explain in more detail exactly what your issue is for other customers to assist...

The body seems to have no connection with the title... From what you've posted it could be your TV is incompatible. (Needs HDMI 2.0)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Suspect the TV has been changed to HDMI 3 input and Sky's not plugged into that.
