an annoying hum!

Just had a new skyQ box installed and it has an annoying hum!  Anybody had similar issue?

Could be the hard drive or the fan. Does the hum stop if you press down on the top of the box?

Is this your first time with a Sky Q box? They are noisier than Sky+ HD boxes because the fan never completely stops, even in standby.

Not really @Hrd37 mines in my bedroom about 3 feet away from my bed
