Hi all was wondering if there was anything I could do regarding my YouTube app.

Seems to 'buffer' then jump back about 15 seconds on a video not Everytime but enough for me to be bothered by it

Then other times it closes completely? Is there anything I can do. Apologies if this has been discussed before

Yep, known issue that is waiting on a fix which has been raised multiple times, this is probably the best thread to follow: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/YouTube-on-Sky-Q-quot-loading-quot-after-pausing/m-p/4456371

Sadly the best recommendation currently is to use another device to watch YouTube until it is fixed properly.
