Sky q box is showing accessibility on sky q and can’t get it working

Sky q box is saying accessibility on sky q and won't move from settings

Hi @Janetwills 

First reset your remote to infrared
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
In infrared mode it will work the Q box but needs direct line or sight.  
Once you get the box working you can re pair the remote 

With the Qbox on with green led make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
